My Approach

Agriculture and food supply chains are being forced to make changes. Pressure from digital disruption, environmental concerns and challenging global dynamics mean businesses in the sector need to 'do different'.

 

In change there is opportunity: new pathways for growth, evolution or more dramatic step-change. Knowing where and how to invest time and resource for the long-term however is not always clear.

I have clear vision and know how to get where I want, but I am not an autocrat. I take a very human approach and will bring your team along to cement the change of direction. People are at the heart of every successful business, and as well as helping you to define your strategy, I will also support key players in your senior team to reach beyond their potential to evolve the business for a profitable future. ​

 

As well as profit and people, the planet is an increasingly significant factor in modern business, particularly for the food supply chain, and working with the environment and towards net zero, meaningfully, will play an influential part in all strategy planning. 


I always focus on the why when forming the strategic direction. Success does not always mean doing something. It may mean doing nothing. I will help you work this out.
